ESMV Literacy Network is your Community Learning Organization. We serve Ecum Secum to Porters Lake on the Eastern Shore, and Dutch Settlement to Upper Musquodoboit in the Musquodoboit Valley. We are here to help you achieve your education goals and to provide fun engaging opportunities for you and your family to learn together.
We offer free adult learning programs including: private tutoring, GED prep classes, essential skill building and employability workshops, including basic computer and digital technology skills. ESMV Literacy Network is a community learning organization. We work closely with the adults that walk through our doors and enter our programs. We support them in whatever capacity we can and advocate for their success.

Community Learning Organizations such as ours provide an avenue to help the province meet these goals. Ultimately, together, along with our Adult Learners we are building a stronger, brighter tomorrow.
Since 1992, Literacy Nova Scotia (LNS) has been supporting the literacy community by working to ensure that all Nova Scotians have equal access to quality literacy, essential skills, and lifelong learning opportunities. LNS provides funding, practitioner training and learner financial awards to Community Learning Organizations across the province including ESMV Literacy.
