Major Funders

Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia Department of

Labour, Skills and Immigration

The Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration supports our programs with funding from the Nova Scotia School for Adult Learners. Two identifiable goals of the province are:

  1. To promote awareness of the important role that literacy and life-long learning play in the development of healthy and sustainable communities.
  2. To contribute to the social and economic development of Nova Scotia by increasing literacy and other essential skills of adult Nova Scotians.

Community Learning Organizations such as ours provide an avenue to help the province meet these goals. Ultimately, together, along with our Adult Learners we are building a stronger, brighter tomorrow.

Literacy Nova Scotia

Literacy Nova Scotia
